All ideas submitted will be treated with confidentiality. If you wish to discuss contracts before submitting the idea, please check off the field for NDA required. This means I will sign a Non-Disclosure agreement and we will discuss financial agreements in the case the application does make it big. If your idea does make it big without making any signatures you can still qualify for financial compensation.

We reserve the right to reject some ideas. If they are rejected you will be notified. We will never use ideas we rejected.

Ever had a great idea for a Facebook application? Well here is your chance to submit your idea(s) to cy-Designer. We will review your idea and let you know what we think. If your application makes it big, you may qualify for financial compensation.

I require a contract before submitting my idea

By submitting this form you agree to give cy-Designer, a cy-Corp company to review the submission. cy-Designer will respond to your request by either accepting or rejecting your idea.

If your idea is accepted, cy-Designer may request additional information and keep in close contact with you at the most crucial times of the development stages. You will be contacted at the same email unless you request a different email. Whether or not you agree to sign a contract with cy-Designer, if your application idea exceeds 15k users, you may qualify to receive part of the income generated. Once your idea is accepted, cy-Designer and cy-Corp will retain the rights to the idea, unless you request a contract to which both parties will retain the rights.

If your idea is rejected, cy-Designer will never use the idea in the future. If we ever do decide to use the idea, we will contact you first for your permission. We will retain no rights to rejected ideas.
